By using the Urban Ahaar WhatsApp ordering service you agree to these Terms.

The service

We provide a WhatsApp-based menu and ordering service for food prepared by Urban Adhaar (brand: Urban Ahaar). Prices, availability, and menu items may change without notice.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed only after you complete payment via the displayed PhonePe QR and we verify it. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order (e.g. item unavailable, outside delivery area, or outside opening hours), in which case any payment made is refunded.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for providing an accurate address/location and being reachable for delivery or pickup.

Cancellations & refunds

Once food preparation has started an order generally cannot be cancelled. For payment or order issues contact +91 92179 67317; eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, place fraudulent orders, or abuse staff. We may refuse service for misuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
